                      Modern-Day Slavery

For Americans, slavery is often believed to be a thing of the past, however our world is confronted with a modern-day slavery that has imprisoned and bound millions of people throughout the world, human trafficking.

The Free2BMe Project has found it hard to ignore the need to advocate the end to modern-day slavery—human trafficking, specifically sex trafficking. In addition to our primary objective—building meaningful relationships and journeying alongside women in the sex industry—The Free2BMe Project has also begun to work to support the abolition of human trafficking in Northwest Ohio.

No one should ever be forced or coerced to use their bodies, whether for sexual acts or labor, as a source of income for others or repayment of debt.  Human Trafficking is modern-day slavery.

The best thing that we can do to abolish this modern-day slavery is to be aware of the facts surrounding Human trafficking, particularly Sex Trafficking.
